As we delved into the development of this sister restaurant, we stumbled upon a true gem from the past: The Desert Club. This iconic establishment, which graced the desert landscape from the late 1930s until its closure in the late 1980s, left a lasting mark on the region’s history. It was during the 1940s and 1950s that The Desert Club truly shone, and it became a symbol of swanky elegance in the desert.
A true inspiration of classic vintage Desert dining tucked away in the heart of Old Town La Quinta! Inspired by the historic surroundings of the Coachella Valley as a prominent getaway for Hollywood celebrities and major stars of all walks, DSRT CLUB is here to bridge the “classic” with the “vintage” in a fresh decor, elegant service and fine food establishment. We want the experience to bring back memories of old while putting a contemporary statement on every detail of what made the Desert a destination for the stars!
