Dining

Mexican. Italian. Sushi. Asian. Chinese. American. Seafood. No matter what you may be craving, there is a restaurant in La Quinta that specializes in it. From fast-food restaurants to fine dining establishments and from drive-thru to linen-lined tables, La Quinta has it all.

Most offer patio dining where the Santa Rosa Mountains provide an inviting and relaxing setting that makes it hard to leave once your meal is done.

Here are just a few things to consider when choosing a place to dine:

Cunard’s The Sandbar

For more than 40 years, Robert Cunard has offered a menu of steaks, seafood, cocktails, and entertainment with three intimate dining rooms as well as an outdoor patio. Cunard purchased the Sandbar restaurant in 1982, making it one of the oldest operating restaurants in La Quinta today.

Al Fresco Dining

For those who enjoy sitting outside, spend an afternoon soaking up the views of the Santa Rosa Mountains and people-watching. Sip cocktails and dine on scrumptious meals at some of La Quinta’s most beautiful and iconic patios. And when it’s hot? Never fear. Al Fresco Dining offers a welcome reprieve from the elements, as most patios have misters and umbrellas that help keep the heat off.
