The Cliffhouse, a local favorite known for its upscale casual dining, is built on a historic cliff called Point Happy and serves American fare. The frozen cocktail is made with light and dark rum, peach schnapps, orange juice, pineapple juice, cranberry juice; the perfect mixture of sweet and sour! This cocktail is known to pack a punch!
La Vie en Rose
La Vie en Rose is a Vodka-based cocktail from La Brasserie Bistro & Bar. This bistro and bar serve authentic French cuisine that juxtaposes a low key sophistication and charm, and casualness with a high-energy environment. The La Vie en Rose is made with Absolut Grapefruit Vodka, Elderflowers Liqueur, grapefruit juice topped with a Chardonnay and Pinot Noir wine called Crémant Rosé. It’s made with Whistle Pig Ten Year Rye, Vanilla Infused Syrup, Orange and Angostura Bitters, smoked cinnamon and an orange twist garnish. From what we’re told, this cocktail is said to be “to die for.”
